I created Mindful, a conceptual energy drink brand that’s all about balance instead of the usual hustle culture. The idea was to make something that feels calm, clear, and more intentional rather than intense or overwhelming. I designed a clean, minimal visual identity along with the packaging and overall brand look. I focused on simple typography and a fresh color palette to make the brand feel modern, approachable, and still energizing in a more relaxed way.
Process
I started by researching the energy drink market and noticing how most brands feel intense, loud, and focused on hustle culture. From there, I defined the core idea of Mindful as a more balanced and intentional alternative. I explored moodboards, color palettes, and typography that felt calm but still energizing. Then I moved into sketching logo ideas and refining a wordmark that matched the brand’s tone. After that, I developed the full visual system and applied it to packaging and brand touchpoints, making sure everything felt consistent and clearly communicated the concept.
Design Solution
The final outcome reimagines what an energy drink can look and feel like. Mindful uses simplicity and space to create a more relaxed and focused experience. The packaging and brand elements feel clean and refreshing, helping the product stand apart on the shelf. Overall, the system brings a new perspective to the category, showing that energy can be presented in a way that feels more grounded, clear, and in control.
